BankedDown Refund & Return Policy

At BankedDown, we stand behind the quality of our firefighter-themed stickers and merchandise. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We know life gets busy at the station, so we’ve given you a full month to evaluate your purchase.

Eligible Items for Returns

  • Unopened merchandise: Items in original packaging with tags attached
  • Defective products: Any items with printing defects, damage, or quality issues
  • Wrong items shipped: If we sent you the wrong product

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized stickers/merchandise
  • Items that have been applied, used, or removed from original backing
  • Sale or clearance items marked as final sale
  • Digital downloads or templates

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at support@bankeddown.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos if there’s a quality issue
  3. We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions
  4. Ship items back within 10 days of receiving your return authorization

Return Shipping

  • Quality issues or our error: We’ll provide a prepaid return label
  • Change of mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection

Refund Options

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Full refund: Original payment method for unopened items or quality issues
  • Store credit: Available for all returns (includes 10% bonus credit)
  • Exchanges: Happy to swap sizes or designs of equal value

Processing Time

  • Returns processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • Refunds appear in your account within 5-7 business days
  • Store credit available immediately upon processing

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all:

  • Contact us immediately with photos (for damage)
  • We’ll rush a replacement at no charge
  • No need to return damaged items

International Orders

  • Same 30-day policy applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping and any customs fees
  • Consider purchasing shipping insurance
